Return Policy

We currently have a no refund policy on Limited Editions and International orders and will not issue a refund for the products purchased.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, our policies are in place to protect customers and reduce risk of damage during shipping to ensure the highest quality, standards, and values that our company believes in.

In case of an accepted returned item, we are happy to offer you a hassle-free return policy. Please make sure that the product you purchased is in its original packaging and unused, the item has to be sent back to us within 7 calendar days from the date mentioned on the receipt. We can offer you store credit, a refund or a replacement.

All refunds will take 7-14 working days to be processed depending on the credit card company; if you return your order directly to our store, we will process your refund immediately for cash purchases (this will take up to 7 working days for bank transfer).

PRODUCTS WE CAN’T REFUND OR REPLACE We do not offer replacements or refunds on undamaged, used products, items that are not in their original condition and packaging and/or items that were sold on sale. Please provide us with original order reference details to enable us to process the return (order number, product codes or descriptions).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or limited editions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
